Can I volunteer for the event?

We need volunteers to assist with everything from taking tickets at the door to selling raffle tickets. If you’re interested, please contact Volunteer Coordinator Amanda Reynolds at AmandaR@foodbankwma.org

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. All guests attending this event must be 21 years of age or older and show a valid ID. Expired ID’s will not be accepted. Even if you are not planning on drinking at the event, you still must show a valid ID to enter.

How many samples of cocktails are included with my ticket?

When you arrive you will receive tickets to taste a sample of each of the ten cocktails the bartenders are creating. There will also be a cash bar where you may purchase additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at your own discretion.

What kinds of foods will be available at the event?

Hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be served by Wheelhouse. A menu will be released closer to the event. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be included.

How do I get to Valley View Farm?

Directions: Valley View Farm: 16 Walpole Road, Haydenville, MA 01039 Less than ten minutes from Northampton. Travel on route 9 west through Florence, past Look Park and then to the center of Haydenville. Take a left on South Main Street over a small bridge. First right on Walpole Road. Follow the signs up the hill to the venue.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available just outside the venue. Handicap parking is also available. We encourage you to carpool if possible. Overnight parking is permitted. Cars must be retrieved the following day by 11 a.m.

What should I wear to the event?

Casual, professional, or semi-formal attire is appropriate. Heels are not recommended.

What can I bring into the event?

No outside food, beverages, chairs, backpacks, or coolers may be brought into the venue.

Will tickets be available at the door?

This event is expected to sell out in advance. Please purchase your ticket early to ensure your spot.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Please bring your printed ticket to the event if possible. If you lose your ticket or forget it at home, we will have your name on a list a the door.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Registration transfers must be made by 3pm on Tuesday, May 7th.
