The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, in partnership with SNAP-Ed, offers free nutrition education programs to our member agencies. In this cooking presentation, we’ll explore MyPlate healthy eating guidelines, decipher the nutrition facts labels and learn how to make a budget-friendly meal!

The Valley Players will hold its second “Bard in the Bar” gathering featuring an impromptu reading of The Winter’s Tale, Shakespeare’s tragicomic masterpiece of jealousy and love, tyranny and rebellion, shipwrecks and magical statues, ballad-singing and hungry bears. Half of all donations will benefit the Food Bank.

Hosted by Mercedes-Benz of Springfield, this event is for attendees to indulge in festive refreshments, test drive Mercedes-Benz vehicles, mingle and shop for unique holiday gifts from local artists and artisans. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a number of local organizations, including the Food Bank.

With your support, we raised an astounding $575,833 for this year’s March for the Food Bank. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible! Fundraising will remain open through the end of December- lets keep the momentum going into the new year!
