Food Bank Membership
Membership includes:
- Access to free food to distribute to guests
- Capacity building resources such as grants, peer networking and free training opportunities.
We are currently taking a pause on accepting new applications for membership. During this time, we are conducting an analysis of our network to ensure that Food Bank food is equitably distributed throughout the region.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone who is interested in addressing hunger in the community to partner with existing food assistance programs to help strengthen the current network of food distribution by helping with transportation or food delivery.

SNAP
Our SNAP team helps individuals and families access the benefits they deserve, offering support with determining eligibility and completing the application process.
Nutrition Resources
Our nutrition team carefully crafts recipes and educational resources for making nutritious, delicious food on a budget and with common pantry staples.
Advocacy
The Food Bank believes that providing food to community members experiencing hunger is a crucial, but temporary fix to larger systemic issues.

Mercado de Vida is operated by an amazing team from Roots & Dreams & Mustard Seeds, a collective of community members and volunteers that “aim[s] to empower vulnerable individuals through economic participation and ownership opportunities.”
We’re proud to partner with Mercado de Vida, providing support and a portion of the food they distribute regularly at their pantry.
