Shoppers can give back in two ways this holiday season through Whole Foods Market’s Shop Local, Give Local campaign. From November 30-December 14, proceeds from Local supplier product purchases* and donations made in-store at registers will benefit Feeding America member food banks.

Families facing hunger in the communities surrounding the Whole Foods Market store where a purchase or donation is made will be the recipients of donations. There is no minimum or maximum donation, and this year, Whole Foods Market is also kicking off the campaign with a $100,000 (one million meal) donation.

*Whole Foods Market defines Local producers as businesses that are owned, headquartered and producing in the same community/state/providence served by our stores. All local products part of the ‘Shop Local, Give Local’ program. You can find Local items labeled in each store with a red ‘local’ flag.

 

*Whole Foods Market will match 100% of the purchase price (excluding taxes and any fees) of local products purchased in-store from 11/30 – 12/14/21, up to $100,000, with a minimum total give of $150,000 to support Feeding America’s member food banks in your community. Local products are marked instore. $1 helps provide at least 10 meals on behalf of Feeding America network food banks.
