Corporate Teams

When your company chooses to ride in WB4F, you take part in something unique. You join the ranks of some of the most passionate people in the region—people who care about cycling, health, and —above all — a hunger-free community. Starting a corporate team is a great way to engage employees & customers, build morale, and promote team-building. With more than 223,000 people seeking food assistance in Western Massachusetts, we need your help to make a difference.

Getting Started

Forming a corporate team is simple.

  1. Gather a group of dedicated co-workers (4 or more). Recruit them through e-mail, bulletin boards, newsletters and staff meetings.
  2. Choose a team captain. (The captain must be sure to click “yes” when prompted during the registration process)
  3. Register online. Each rider must register themselves individually. Be sure to include the name of your business.
  4. Set a fundraising a goal — both individual and team.
  5. Start fundraising.

Friends/Family Teams

Will Bike 4 Food is a great opportunity for families to come together and support our community. The flat scenic 10 mile course through Hatfield is perfect for families with young kids. In addition, no fundraising is required for kids that ride on the back of a bike or are pulled behind. Everyone can enjoy the post ride party, which includes food, music, face-painting, and other family-friendly activities. There’s no better way to spend a fun-filled day together, while supporting The Food Bank at the same time.
