Progressive Vinyasa w/ Julie

Progressive Vinyasa – balance, and flexibility is part of The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts’ series of virtual fitness classes to help Will Bike 4 Food participants reach their individual cycling goals.

About the Class

This is 1st in a sequence of Progressive Vinyasa classes being offered by Focused Yoga. Each week, the class will build on different aspects of the practice.

Progressive Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next, while connecting their breathing to their movements. It integrates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina in one session. The practice will incorporates regular sequences that become familiar to students, while mixing in variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses, and the frequency that they are repeated.
