Weekly Time Commitment: Flexible according to availability
Duration: Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer
Supervision: Agency Services Program Manager
Location: Most of the work will take place in The Food Bank's Hatfield office. You will be encouraged to participate in community meetings in the four weestern MA counties.
Internship description:
Work in the department responsible for supporting 400+ Food Bank member agencies.
Duties:

Undertake administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, mailings, research
- Assist with monitoring site visits and ensuing documentation
- Assist with the development of email newsletters
- Assist with the development and execution of capacity-building trainings for member programs
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to work effectively and respectfully within diverse communities
- Accurate data entry and word processing skills
- Good verbal communication skills, both face to face and by telephone
- Attention to detail
- Access to a car
Optional Requirements (experience a plus): Conversant in Spanish or Russian

accepting donated food by the truckload and distributing it to 396 hundred
